We review your photos, actual asking prices, and service before agreeing on the fee. For listings totaling $100 or more, we also agree on the final cut. Garage sales and large mixed lots are quoted separately.
I get to work.
Your upfront fee covers the work. For standard listings totaling $100 or more, the $25 goes toward the agreed cut if it sells; if it doesn’t, it covers the work completed.
